In case you didn’t know, The Pantone Color Institute forecasts and reveals predictions for the color of the year every 12 months. They research and analyze every sector, from entertainment, art and social media to music and fashion. Next year’s winner? ‘Very Peri’, a dark blue-purple hue with a violet red undertone. It ‘Embraces the uncertainty and cautious optimism of our moment and places the future ahead in a new light’, says Leatrice Eiseman, vice president of the Pantone Color Institute.
